  • Louis Quanze maturity about 1 year ago

David Minugh "has reached maturity" (without the possessive pronoun) is understandable, but not the legally correct term. "Maturity" is a broader term, as it can indicate either age or ability to think, reason, judge, etc. about 1 year ago
  • Sarah Fullerton Entail? about 1 year ago

  • Sarah Fullerton In the "info" of this question, it says "Or phrases such as “As a rule” "... why is "as a rule" not accepted here then? about 1 year ago

David Minugh For technical reasons: we want ONE-WORD answers. If we accept phrases, it becomes impossible for the computer to check them. But if a phrase exists, I add it as extra information. It is semantically ok, but difficult in practice. about 1 year ago
  • Sarah Fullerton Wouldn't "architecturally" work here as well? about 1 year ago

David Minugh Architecturally has to do with the design of people flow, handling luggage, etc., whereas structurally is more about whether the building is sound, needs rust repair and so on, so I'd say architecturally didn't really match the sense we're looking for. about 1 year ago
  • Jonas Tornberg Should it be prevalent instead of prevelant, or is that another word? about 1 year ago

David Minugh Yup. My father always did say that I couldn't spell... about 1 year ago
  • Fredrik Dahl Why not asset? about 1 year ago

David Minugh An "asset" is usually monetarily valuable (property, gold, money), or a talent a person has; "asset" is not normally used in chemical and biological contexts. about 1 year ago
